regarding the pl 300 exam results score and certificate download

Hi i had appeared for the PL-300 exam on 18/9/2024 and got passed but unfortunately not able to get the result and certificate, the thing is the account from which i had registered and scheduled for the exam was my organization account: srujikanth.das@wescodist.com, but unfortunately now i have left the company and hence dont have the login credentials to it, so if you could help me send the result to my personal email id:srujikanthd@gmail.com or srujikanth@outlook.com , that would be great please
