not allow to deactivate a solution from solution gallery in SharePoint server ?

Question

I have implemented sharepoint server before 3 years with the id for e.g (spadmin)

 

Now I implement a new server with the new ID and migrated a content db from old to new server.

 

but in new server i am access issue in solution gallery when I try to deactivate and delete any solution.

although I create the solution with the new ID. But not allow me to deactivate.

Hi @Basim Alvi,

Please make sure “SharePoint User Code Host” service is started on your SharePoint server.

And Start "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Sandboxed Code Service" using PowerShell:

Start-SPService -Identity "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Sandboxed Code Service"
