We are trying to pre-validate a domain on the frontend CDN endpoint, and it is not sending an email as the documentation suggests. We have added the cdnverify dns record as described, but Edgio recommended that we open a support request with Edgio, through you, explaining that they need to send a Digicert Token for us to add as a TXT record to our DNS registrar.

We cannot open a support ticket with Edgio or microsoft, but since this is a bug in the CDN service, can someone from Microsoft please contact us to open this support request?

    @Gabor ,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.

    Can you please provide more information about your set up.

    Are you using

    • Azure CDN Standard from Edgio
    • Azure CDN Premium from Edgio

    I take it that you are in the process of Configure HTTPS on an Azure CDN custom domain

    Cheers,

    Kapil
