Dell Laptop restarting loop, how to fix?

Hey there, I have a Dell laptop, when i power it on it takes me to a blue screen saying "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart, we'll restart for you" after this my laptop automatically attempts to restart, however it just takes me back to the aforementioned screen again and this happens again and again with nothing changing, unless I power the laptop on. If I power it on again, this same cycle occurs and won't stop. I have tried to fix it via multiple video tutorials, fixes, changing boot order, etc but to no avail. I need to use my laptop to complete my degree but I can't use it at all ATM. Do you have any solutions? Should I contact someone? Thanks!
