Hi @Boopathi S
When you use the "Reply with meeting" option in Outlook or Teams, it doesn't automatically add a Teams meeting link or set the location as "Microsoft Teams Meeting." This is because "Reply with meeting" isn't specifically designed to create a new Teams meeting, just a new calendar invite. To ensure that your meeting invite includes the Teams meeting link and has the correct location, you can follow these steps:
- Open the Existing Email Conversation:
Open the original email thread where you want to schedule the meeting.
- Click on 'Reply with Meeting':
This will create a new calendar invite based on the email conversation.
- Add Teams Meeting:
In the new calendar invite, look for the "Teams Meeting" button. This button is usually found in the toolbar/ribbon at the top of the window. Click on it to generate a Teams meeting link and automatically set the location to "Microsoft Teams Meeting."
