Can you sync OneDrive files to Sharepoint?

Hi all,

My team is looking for a way to store our individual files in a central location we can all access. We have 6 team members that have their files stored in their individual OneDrives. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to sync our OneDrives to share the files in SharePoint. From what I've seen, you can sync whatever is saved in SharePoint to your OneDrive but can it go the other way? We don't want to share all our documents, just specific folders from our OneDrive. The end goal is that we all have access to each other's files without having to store everybody's files in our personal OneDrives- which is what would happen if we just share the files with each other instead of 'storing' them in SharePoint.

I hope this makes sense and someone has to insight to share.

Hi @Gabriela Taylor,

For folders in OneDrive, you can only use the "move to" to move the folder from personal OneDrive to a SharePoint document library. It's not totally like "Sync" in SharePoint. I'm not sure if it is feasible to you. But for sure, in OneDrive there is no such function like "Sync" in SharePoint.
