Authorization on the Confirmation page shows as "created by Unknown User" for Credential Manager.

When using a managed identity to connect an App Service with Azure API Management, the credential manager encounters an issue during authorization after creating the link via the following API.

This happens because it's searching for a UPN for the managed identity, which doesn't exist, and we don't want to show unknown user.
