How do I use older Microsoft Money files (2005?) with Money Sunset version?

I am trying to use MS Money on a new computer. As I no longer have the CD for my previous version I have installed the 2012 MS Sunset version (newest!). However it doesn't accept my previous backup data files. How can I force this to happen? Conversion available?
