why can't i book an exam for AZ-900

Question

i think i got my account blocked(Pearson) from booking an exam because i tried too many promo codes which were invalid, how can i fix this or get my account unlocked or unbanned i can still log in to my learn account but when i try to book an exam i keep getting this message "Unexpected error

We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support."
