    Update N-computing Software.

In Start Search type Gpedit.msc and hit the Enter key:

Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Removable Storage Access.

Ensure that "All Removable Storage classes: Deny all access" is set to "Not Configured" or "Disabled".

    Hello,

You can try to manage which devices can be accessed by the device manager.

Press "Win + X" and select "Device Manager".

Here, you can manually disable USB devices for specific users or disable automatic driver installation, which might help.

You can identify and disable USB devices based on the needs of the user's session.
