    Hi,

    1. Is the parent company has a Central Administration Site or just a standalone primary site? How many of devices do you have in totally?
    2. It depends of your needs and your infra, the Management Point, Distribution Point and Software Update Point are required to manage your devices.
    3. If they have a CAS, you can setup a new child primary site, or, if they have a standalone PS, you can setup a secondary site, but it depends of how many clients do you have, network bandwidth if you have different site locations etc, more details about ConfigMgr Sizing: Size and scale numbers for Configuration Manager
    4. Ports used in Configuration Manager
