Please check if you are using version 11.0.1, which was released on September 20, 2024.
Please note that this version only supports Apple first-party keyboards in the Windows App on iOS and iPadOS. Third-party hardware or software keyboards are not supported.
You can report this issue through the feedback option for the Windows App for iPadOS. Product engineers review these reports directly and will make adjustments as needed based on the frequency and severity of such issues.
- Open Windows App.
- Tap the cog icon for Settings, or tap your user account picture to open the settings pane.
- Tap Submit Feedback, which will open the feedback page in your browser.
