MP File Dispatch Manager cannot copy files

Package distribution is failing and receiving below message. Please help how to solve this issue.

The error 0x800706be means "The remote procedure call failed".

1, How many DPs are you using? Are they local or remote? Are all deployment packages facing this situation? Have you made any modifications to your environment before that?

2, Please help upload full distmgr.log and PkgXferMgr.log for our reference.

3,Please make sure there is no firewall or anti-virus blocking the communication.
