When I use sink writer to write sample I find that it is faster or slower thank it shoude be.

The sink writer is a component for encoding audio or video files. Could you please tell us what it should be? When it's faster and when it's slower? And the WriteSample method is used to deliver a sample to the sink writer.

when you run it ,it auto create file in your disk in e: and you can fix it in textdemo.cpp

you can open bing.com and search time then there will be clock tick. you can see it is not tick every 1 second
