I am not getting a Allow Service Principals to use Power BI APIs in tenant setting

I am not getting a Allow Service Principals to use Power BI APIs in tenant setting. I guess that is the reason i am not able to generatetoken on my platform. I am able to generate token with same details in microsoft website to test power bi rest apis.
