    1. If you have access to your old phone: Ensure you enabled backup on your old phone:
      • Open Microsoft Authenticator on the old phone.
      • Tap the three dots (top right) > Settings.
      • Under Backup, check that the cloud backup (iCloud for iPhone, OneDrive for Android) is enabled.
    2. Restore on the new phone:
      • Install Microsoft Authenticator on the new device.
      • When opening the app, you should be prompted to Restore from backup.
      • Follow the prompts to restore your accounts from the cloud backup.
    3. if you did not back up Microsoft on the old phone and you don't have access to your old phone: For each account (e.g., Microsoft, Google, etc.), log in using an alternate method (like SMS or email verification). Once logged in, follow the steps to re-enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for the account, then scan the QR code to add it to your new Microsoft Authenticator app.

    Hope this helps..
