Starting receiver failed, port access denied

Question

Trying to use an app that utilizes ARkit, it was working without any problem, suddenly it's now giving me an error related to port access.
The error says: " Starting receiver failed " followed by what could be translated as " an access attempt was made in a way that it is forbidden by access permissions ". Message then ends with " The port (50506) may already be in use. "

What i tried:

• Checking if there's any other process on that port so i kill it, there's not.
• Restarting since it could make the port up again, also nothing.
• Maybe it's indeed a permission error, so i tried unlocking the port fully, no results.
• Factory reset and reinstalling the app as a whole, also no results.

I also haven't found any way i could change the port, so the app is stuck with this one.
OS i'm using is Windows 10 Pro 22H2.
Is there anyway i can fix this? Can someone help me?
