"Because of the technical issue encountered during exam, you will need to file an incident report to your exam delivery provider (Pearson VUE) that includes the details of what you have experienced so that they can take action and give further instruction on how you can take this exam again. They can also assit you in knowing your exam status. You can find their contact details at Pearson VUE support

Should this be tagged as missed exam, you may reschedule your exam through your certification dashboard after 30 hours once the original appointment expires and it can be viewed exam under “Exam providers” tab, “Select” Pearson VUE and click “Exam History”."
