Could you please share how you set up your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)? Do you have a reference document or article that could provide more details on this? Additionally, could you confirm if the server is on-premises or hosted on Azure, and which Remote Desktop Services (RDS) roles were configured?
Also, I'd like to know whether the MFA was implemented through Microsoft Entra ID or a local Active Directory.
