How to check which azure resource is using TLS Version below 1.2

Question

TLS 1.0 and 1.1 support will be removed for new & existing Azure storage accounts starting Nov 2024.

How can i identify which of my azure resources is going to be affected let say i have Virtual mahine and other resource that might be using TLS 1.0 but where can i see the version without RDP or without going into the server machine. thank you in advance

Then you will need to know what apps are connecting to these services and check the protocols being used.
