Cannot schedule DA-100 exam

Question

Hello,

I have an issue with scheduling the DA-100 exam. I have just got the screen as below. I have got the task from my employee to do the certification so I'm not clearly the number two case and the first one pushes me to use my private mail address, which is not suitable here I my employee is a payer.
Please assist me on that topic.
