I am uploading a software developed in vb.net. but it shows following message

Your app does not have a digital signature which violates Microsoft Store Policy 10.2.9 Your app must be digitally signed as per this policy with a SHA256 or higher code sign certificate.

How to solve these?

The error message mentioned that you need to sign your app include the binary and all of its Portable Executable (PE) files. Have you already signed it?
