We have been a customer of Azure for many years now and there Enterprise support is terrible. Regardless of severity it is taking weeks to
any level of support. There is no way to contact them directly and emailing "azurebu@microsoft.com" just results in broken promises and run arounds.
What are others doing to deal with this issue?
