Multiple Azure VMs that are utilised in AVD are bluescreening and STOP Code is: BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO .
Found the following MS Support article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/virtual-machines/windows/windows-stop-error-bad-system-config-info, getting to step 8 it shows LOAD HIVE with KEY NAME: which is different to what the article states, assuming this has failed.
Unfortunately we do not have a support agreement with MS for this customer, there are 3 machines in this AVD Pool and all three are having this issue running windows 10.
Is anyone able to please assist.
