Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server - Connection Timeout Issue

Since September 22nd, I have been unable to connect to my Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server from my laptop. I've been using this setup for two years without any issues until now. As usual, I added my IP address to the firewall rules, but I keep encountering a "Connection Timeout" error. I don't have any VNET or external network configurations in Azure. I also tried specifying the TLS version and attempted connections from multiple laptops on different networks, but the issue persists.
