why my credit card charged 41.39usd without any information?

Question

my credit card center tell me, my card have to pay 41.39usd for something

i don't remember what should i pay, so i check information from credit card center, they told my it charged by Microsoft.

I used azure, but i always used it as a free account, because i don't work on it, just look and see something intersting.

How can i get the money back?

or it's impossible?

if you have any questions regarding billing in Azure the best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

But actully, the support case is not easy to create, there are too many information to read, and you should make sure which option will not let you to create another one. run to the same way.
