Refund not received for the cancelled exam SC-100 - Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect - English (ENU)

Hi,

I had cancelled SC-100 exam which was scheduled at Monday, September 30, 2024‎. The cancellation was done on Aug 19. 2024 which well before the minimum requirement of 24 Hours before exam. Its more than a month since i cancelled the exam, but the i haven't received the refund. Please assist.
