Can I remove 2FA on my Work account without the code and can I contact Microsoft for assistance?

As a Global Admin in my district, I need to remove 2FA on my work account because I reset my phone. Is there a way to contact Microsoft for assistance or remove 2FA without the code? Thank you for your help.

If you have deleted the app or in this case reset your device, the way to resolve this is to request for Product Support to reset MFA for the affected users. Contact Product Support with the email address for the affected user.
