Add second TXT Record

We need to add a second TXT @ record for KNowBe4 but it is not letting me do so. How can we do this?

You cannot have two TXT records with the same value - there is also no particular need to. You can create multiple TXT records for the domain apex (@) though - and that's frequently done. The process involves the following steps:

Once you're in the DNS zone, click on the "+ Record set" button at the top to add a new record.

In the Name field, enter @ to indicate that this record is for the root domain.

In the Type dropdown, select TXT.

In the TTL (time to live) field, leave the default value (e.g., 3600 seconds).

In the TXT value field, enter the new TXT value.

Can you please confirm your Domain is hosted in Azure DNS?

Is DNS Delegation done? More info here
