I am trying to create a Teams video conference call in which I am anticipating dozens of guests to log on and listen. Am I able to create a QR code that links to the Teams call and will allow users' mobile devices to connect the call through their mobile browser without requiring the guest's mobile device to download the app or create a Microsoft account themselves?

    Hi @AlexUdy-2254

According to your case description, you want to let users join meetings via QR code.

Unfortunately, we feel regretful to inform you that mobile device users need to download and install the Teams app to join meetings or calls. Even through the link generated by the QR code, users still need the app to participate in the meeting.

Then there are account requirements: Even if users are able to join meetings through a browser, they usually still need a Microsoft account. This means that guests may need to create an account unless they already have one.
