@Javier Ariza - Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

Currently. there are no APIs available for data quality scans in Microsoft Purview. The Purview REST API provides endpoints for managing and querying metadata, glossary terms, classifications, and scans, but it does not include endpoints for data quality scans.

Here is the update from internal team: Programatic way to use data goverance or data quality will be coming shortly. We don't have ETA and I will be updated this thread once it's available.
