How to deploy Remote App Streaming to Enterprise E3 or 365 Business Premium licensed users:

Question

I have deployed Remote App Streaming for internal users with Enterprise E3 licenses for my owm application. I also permission external users without Enterprise or 365 licenses through Per User Access License.

Now I want to board and permission users who have Enterprise E3 or 365 Business Premium licenses.

Questions WRT Enterprise E3 and 365 Business Premium licensed users:

1. Is it possible to invite a user and use their license without consuming a Per User Access License

	1.a. If yes then how is this done?

	1.b. Can someone point me to step=by-step documentation how to implement this
