This issue may occur if TLS 1.2 is not enabled on your server. To resolve this, you'll need to enable TLS 1.2 before deploying Microsoft Entra Connect V2.0.

To check if TLS 1.2 is enabled, you can use a PowerShell script. Refer to the "PowerShell script to check TLS" for guidance. If you find that TLS 1.2 is not enabled, you can enable it using the "PowerShell script to enable TLS 1.2."
Following these steps should resolve the issue.
