    Hi @Herman Syah,

    The error "Scan File Failure: Not enough disk space to pack the file" indicates the disk space available for the migration working folder is too small for the size of your source file.

    For example, if you have a 10GB file share to migrate, you should make sure the disk where the file share stored has space more than 10GB. The SharePoint Migration Tool will store temporary files in a folder on your local machine when migrating. So you must reserve enough space in advance, otherwise you will encounter this error when scanning.
