I cleared my old phone, and deleted the Authenticator app without backing up my data to the cloud, how do I access my accounts?!

Urgently need to log in to my accounts but now can’t access any of them because they’re not added on the Authenticator app on my new phone. And I can’t access the Authenticator app on my old phone as it’s been cleared and sent off!

How can I access all my accounts please?

Any advice?

    Hello,

I recommend you choose “cannot use Authenticator at this time” and hopefully you have secondary options like email or phone numbers you may use for MFA. Once logged in go to view your account info and security and delete the Authenticator as an option and add it back in.

if not you will have to contact each tenant admin/service desk and request they clear out your MFA saved info so that when you attempt to login again you can set it up adding your work or school accounts.

    hope that helps !
