Query on Transport rule

Hi All

i have created the below transport rule in exchange online but i dont see user1 and user2 are receiving emails but emails are getting redirecedt to user100@contoso.com, please guide me as i want user1 and user2 to receive emails as well.

Name:Rule1

Apply this rule if: The recipient is this person

The recipient is 'user1@contoso.com' or 'user2@contoso.com'

Redirect the message to: these recipients

Redirect the message to 'user100@contoso.com'

    Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    According to your description, you set up a redirection rule and the original recipient did not receive the email. This is the expected behaviour, redirection is different from forwarding. When you use redirection, the email is not delivered to the original recipient and no notification is sent to the sender or the original recipient.
