Azure AD B2C => License Microsoft Entra ID P1 available ?

Question

Hello all,

Is it possible to activate license Microsoft Entra ID P1 in a tenant with the service Azure AD B2C which is activated. We would like to cuztomise conditionnal access with template but it's not possible... and activate all MFA for our administrator in our azure B2C tenant... :/

It's not clear in the Microsoft documentation so if an expert of this subject can answer, i will appreciate it ;)

Azure AD B2C uses Azure AD B2C Premium P1 license, which is different from Microsoft Entra ID P1. A subset of Microsoft Entra Conditional Access features is supported with Azure AD B2C.

However, If you want to use Identity Protection, risk-based Conditional Access policies, and any future Premium P2 capabilities with Azure AD B2C, you need to upgrade your pricing tier to Azure AD B2C Premium P2 license in your B2C tenant.
