Spreadsheet Access

Hi,

I shared 2 Excel spreadsheets that say on my end the staff member has access to view and edit, but when she opens it on her end, it says that she was to request permission. I approve the request, but it still won't let her access the spreadsheets and makes her request permission continually without actually being able to see the spreadsheets.

    Hi @Rachel

    Did you share the files via OneDrive?

    If so, do you and staffs all use OneDrive for Business, and use accounts with the same organization's domain name?

    If staffs open the shared files via browser, it's recommended to clear browser cache and cookies, open a "New InPrivate window" in browser, copy the shared files link to it.

    I also suggest staffs change the browser for a test.
