I am trying to download QuickBooks and I cannot because I need the .NET framework. Obviously, I am not a Tech person and all I am looking for is to do is the accounting of my small business.
Help!

In your Control Panel, go to Programs > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off.
Check if any versions of .NET Framework are already installed (look for .NET Framework 3.5(includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)/.NET Framework 4.8 or higher).
Tick them for installation.
