how to add teams to our Organization

Hello we are looking to use teams and i am trying to figure out if i can add it without getting office 365 accounts. We have exchange setup on onsite and part of the VLSC.. What is the best way to get everyone on board using teams? I would like to have it sync to our AD..

The answer is no.

Microsoft Teams is a cloud-based service. It needs one of the subscriptions in the following table to enable users for Microsoft Teams.
