Is it possible to sync users from a domain that exists in different forest.

I have two forests, A and B, joined together via trust relationship, currently all users reside in A forest. I have AD sync server deployed in B forest connected to an office365 tenant. Is it possible to sync users to office365 from A forest domains right from B forest?

Or i need to migrate the users from A forest to B forest, then sync them to office365?

Kindly help.

    It's possible , you don't need to migrate users from A forest to B forest, you can synchronize multiple forest to single Azure AD tenant:
