After the new version of outlook and teams are downloaded, I want to create a shortcut (without a blue background), but I cannot directly open the file location, and copying the file address and opening it in Explorer will jump to the browser and display an error

    Hi @Wan47

According to your case description, you need to open the installation path of Teams and Outlook. There are several ways for your reference:

    1. Right-click the shortcut on the desktop, select Open file location or select Properties. You will see the location of the application in the Shortcut interface. Copy it and open My Computer to paste and search (be careful not to copy the quotation marks) User's image Scroll down and find ms-teams. (Same for Outlook)User's image
    2. Manually open the default installation path of Teams and Outlook Microsoft Teams is installed by default in the following location: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MSTeams-24243.1309.3132.617_x64 (Teams version number), scroll down and find ms-teams. Microsoft Outlook is installed by default in the following location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\OfficeXX (XX is the version number, for example Office16 for Office 2016), scroll down and find OUTLOOK. User's image
