How do I get into my azure account?

My Azure account is associated with a third party (why I don't know) and it informs me that I cannot access that resource. How can I get access to this back?

"You don't have access to this

Your sign-in was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource."

Could you let me know which resources you are unable to access? Additionally, can you please share a screenshot of the error message and specify when exactly you are encountering this issue?

May I know which subscription are you using(Student, Pay-as-you-go)?

Try to clear browser's cache and cookies, as cached data can sometimes interfere with login processes.

This problem occurs if you selected at the wrong directory, or if your account doesn't have sufficient permissions.

Scenario: You receive the error signing into the Azure portal.

To fix this issue:

Verify that the correct Azure directory is selected by selecting your account at the top-right corner.

If the correct Azure directory is selected, but you still receive the error message, have your account added as an Owner. Troubleshoot Azure subscription sign-in issues

Additional information:
You need to use your student account with your organization's school email address if you are using a student/educational subscription. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/free-account-students-faq/
