how to download or save files from document library to user end ( client side )

Question

i am using SharePoint 2019 with c# ( visual web part ) SSOM and jQuery, JavaScript and jsom ( on prem )

Solution Required :

I want to give a download all button when user click on it so all files from

document library ( lets say document library name "mydocs" ) will be downloaded or save

to user computer ( client end )

how can i make this

To make it, you can try to use OneDrive sync.
