scom 2019 web console get 500-internal server error

Hi Guys, In case to open SCOM web console to view performance view in SCOM 2019 UR5 by scom admin group user account, and get 500-internal server error. If change to Local Administrator to open it, got a normally performance view information on web console. What kinds setting need to change on web console or IIS or others? Thanks.

    Modify the .\Microsoft System Center\Operations Manager\WebConsole\MonitoringView folder property, change Authenticated Users right to Read and Write.
