how to fix "windows cannot find the microsoft software license terms make sure the installation" when install windows server 2022 on physical server

Hi guys,

I tried to reinstall windows server 2022 standard after once installed on server HPE DL380 Gen10 plus. I used the Intelligent Provisioning to setup the server. After the setup procedure, it booted into the windows and the screen was showed error as the picture. I used the iso file which was downloaded from microsoft. People have any idea of the fix ?
