how to design the c++ class with vs2022 cmake project mode not other mode

I build a project with cmake project (no .sln) and I dont find view class the I can use.

what do I miss?

Do you want to add a C++ Class Diagram to a CMake project? 

If so, it is not supported currently. You can see the suggestion ticket in Developer Community:
