This isn't an error we can help with. The correlation ID is simply a unique identifier that can be used to look up the log entry in the error logs. If you're running Outlook online then that information isn't available. There is no error code or message here for us to help with. We don't even know what you were trying to do or the results.

If you are running the local Outlook client then look in the event log for an error. Otherwise you're going to need to provide us a lot more information about what you're trying to do, what happens when you try it and any workarounds you've tried.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for your feedback.

There have issue when I log in outlook ( local Outlook client), the outlook reply error with 'Something went wrong. [1001]"

In the event log, I find information below.

Event 34 outlook: Failed to get the Crawl Scope Manager with error=0x8007045b.

Event 35 outlook: Failed to determine if the store is in the crawl scope (error=0x8007045b).

    Hi @Liu, Angus

    Welcome to our forum!

Does the issue occur recently on Outlook Desktop Client? Do you have any specific operation before the issue occurred?

And what is your account? Microsoft 365 account or something else? If you are using a M365 account, you may refer to the article and the link to try to repair.

If this doesn’t help, considering data file corruption, it is proposed that you create a new profile, re-add your account to the new profile and check if the same error still occurs.

    Hope it helps!
