Does anyone have this add-in error?

Add-in (Excel) - I have used before but first time seeing this error and of course I am connected to the internet.

Here is the few steps that you can try to resolve the issue:

Might this issue would be intermittent, it could be due to a temporary network or server issue. In this case, you can try again later to see if the issue has been resolved.

Try to Clear browser cache and cookies and also try using a different browser. Sometimes, clearing the app cache can resolve issues with Excel add-ins.

Hello - I tried but it is not working. I asked our IT team to remove and add the add-in again. I am still waiting on that.
