Hello, I have trained some models using FOTT (Form Recognizer OCR Tool), and now I want to use and update them in Azure AI | Document Intelligence Studio. However, when I log into the platform and select my project, I receive the following error: "AuthorizationPermissionMismatch: This request is not authorized to perform this operation using this permission."

It is worth mentioning that after closing this error message, I can still see the models I previously created and even select them, but I am unable to use them.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Erick

    Hello Erick,

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    To resolve the error

Ensure you have the correct role assigned to your account for the Document Intelligence resource. You typically need one of these roles (Cognitive Services User, Contributor, Owner)

Confirm that you're accessing the correct resource and subscription in the Document Intelligence Studio settings

Ensure your subscription has enough quota and that there are no outstanding billing issues.
